Solicitor

Lai was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in January 2003 and practices primarily in the areas of Personal Injury and Family Law.

Lai is also skilled in general practice areas including Conveyancing, Leasing, Powers of Attorney and Wills and Estates.

Her favourite area of practice remains Family Law including Divorce, Property Settlement, Maintenance and orders pertaining to Children. Lai is currently working towards obtaining her Queensland Law Society Specialist Accreditation in this area.
