Megan Driscoll is a solicitor and Registered Migration Agent (Registered Migration Agent No. 0209296). Megan has particular expertise in helping businesses sponsor overseas employees to work for them. However over the years she has helped her clients obtain a variety of other visas including spouse/partner visas, skilled visas, business visas, visitor visas and student visas. Megan has also successfully assisted with Migration Review Tribunal appeals, visa cancellations and Ministerial Intervention requests. Megan speaks fluent German and she volunteers her time with a number of community organisations, including the South Brisbane Immigration & Community Legal Service, the Townsville Community Legal Service and the Women's Legal Service in Brisbane.
