PHILIP HALE  LL.B

Consultant

Phil spent 30 years as a New Zealand lawyer before coming to Queensland to live. He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland. Over the years, Phil has practised over a wide area of the law including, property, family law, resource management and town planning law, liquor licensing, dispute resolution and commercial property and corporate law. He also appeared  before numerous tribunals and the Family and District Courts as counsel.

In the last 15 years, he specialised in commercial, commercial property and corporate law and acted for a number of significant corporates and companies in NZ. In addition, he was the Managing Partner of his NZ firm for 4 years.

Phil now forms part of the HCB commercial and corporate team. 

He is also the coordinator for the Kilcoy and Toogoolawah offices.
