Provisional Business Visas
To be eligible for a Provisional Business Visa you must:
- Have successful business or investment career or a sound continuous employment record in a senior management role
- Have a genuine commitment to engage in business activities in Australia
- Have significant business and personal assets
- Be under 45 years of age, or be under 55 years of age and have obtained State or Territory sponsorship
Satisfy basic criteria including:
- English language ability
- Certain levels of business turnover and asset ownership
- Sponsorship from an Australian State or Territory Government
Established Business in Australia Visas
If you are living in Australia on a temporary residence visa and have already established a business in Australia, you may be able to apply for permanent residency under the Established Business in Australia category.
To be eligible you must:
- Show that you have had at least 10% ownership of a business in Australia for at least 18 months
- Satisfy basic criteria and pass a points test which incorporates
