Making a will is extremely important as it ensures that your possessions are dealt with in the way you would want them to be in the event of death. A Power of Attorney gives someone else the power to make decisions on your behalf. Both must be completed properly in order to be legally valid. HCB can assist you with this.

Powers of Attorney

If you propose being absent from your usual town or city of residence and need someone to make decisions for you in your absence, you can complete a Power of Attorney giving someone else the power to deal with matters on your behalf, either in general or in relation to specific tasks.

Enduring Power of Attorney

You can also make an Enduring Power of Attorney which is a document that gives someone else the power to make decisions on your behalf when you cannot through illness or incapacity. You can choose now what powers are delegated and who will exercise them for you.
